How do I buy tickets?
Login to your account, open Buy Ticket, choose an active draw, select quantity, and confirm payment from wallet balance.
When will referral reward be credited?
Referral reward is credited only when referred user buys first ticket. Signup alone does not unlock reward.
What is the withdrawal process?
Create withdrawal request from Withdraw page. Admin manually approves or rejects request. If rejected, amount is refunded to wallet.
How much time does withdrawal take?
After admin approval, processing can take around 24 to 72 hours depending on payout method and verification checks.
Can I cancel a ticket after purchase?
No. Ticket purchase is final and non-refundable once submitted.
Is account verification required?
You should keep profile and payout details accurate. Admin may verify details before processing withdrawals.
